Bokusgruppen publishes company description ahead of listing

Bokusgruppen AB (publ) (“Bokusgruppen”) has prepared a company describtion in connection with the listing of Bokusgruppen’s shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. Expected first day of trading in Bokusgruppen’s shares is Friday 4 June 2021.
The company description prepared by Bokusgruppen is not a prospectus, has not been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) and does not contain any offering of shares or any other offering of financial instruments in the Company in Sweden or in any other jurisdiction.
On 28 April 2021 the annual general meeting of Volati AB (publ) (“Volati”) resolved on distribution of all of Volati's shares in Bokusgruppen to the ordinary shareholders of Volati. The Board of Directors of Volati were at the same time authorised to decide the record date for the distribution. The record date has been decided to 1 June 2021
The company description will be made available on Bokusgruppen’s website, www.bokusgruppen.com/investerare/borsnotering, and on Volati’s website, www.volati.se. The company description is available in Swedish language.
Nasdaq Stockholm AB has, provided that customary conditions are met, announced that Bokusgruppen meets the listing requirements on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.

27 May 2021: Date for publication of the company description
28 May 2021: Last trading day in Volati’s ordinary shares with the right to receive shares in Bokusgruppen
31 May 2021: Volati’s ordinary shares are traded without right to receive shares in Bokusgruppen
1 June 2021: Record date for the distribution of Volati’s shares in Bokusgruppen
4 June 2021: Expected first day of trading in Bokusgruppen’s shares
