Trading in the Bokusgruppen AB (publ) share commenced the 4th of June 2021 on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market
On 28 April, 2021, Volati's Annual General Meeting resolved to distribute Volati's shares in the subsidiary Bokusgruppen AB (publ) (“Bokusgruppen”) to Volati's ordinary shareholders. Trading in the Bokusgruppen share commenced the 4th of June 2021 on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
Following successful digital growth initiatives, Bokusgruppen is aiming to strengthen its position in the book market in the years ahead. The strong and complementary brands Bokus, Bokus Play and Akademibokhandeln are well positioned in the Swedish market. Together, they provide favourable prerequisites for Bokusgruppen as a publicly traded company.
