Annual General Meeting 2025

Bokusgruppen AB’s annual general meeting 2025 will be held on Tuesday 7 May 2025, at Helios, Grev Turegatan 30, 114 38 Stockholm. The AGM starts at 09:00.

Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the AGM must submit a written request to [email protected].

To ensure that the matter can be included in the agenda for the AGM, it needs to arrive no later than 19 March 2025. This is done either through E-mail to: [email protected] or through regular mail to: Bokusgruppen AB, Att: Bolagsstämma, Box 2100, 103 13 Stockholm.
