Volati announces record date for distribution of Bokusgruppen

On 28 April 2021 the annual general meeting of Volati AB (publ) (“Volati”) resolved on distribution of all of Volati's shares in Bokusgruppen AB (”Bokusgruppen”) to the ordinary shareholders of Volati. The Board of Directors were at the same time authorised to decide the record date for the distribution. The record date has now been decided to 1 June 2021.
All of Volati’s shares in Bokusgruppen will be distributed to the ordinary shareholders of Volati. For five (5) owned ordinary shares in Volati, one (1) share in Bokusgruppen will be received. Excess shares (fractions) will be combined into whole shares after Bokusgruppen’s shares have been admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market and sold through the agency of Erik Penser Bank. In addition to being registered as an ordinary shareholder in Volati on the record date for the dividend, ordinary shareholders in Volati will not need to take any other measures to obtain shares in Bokusgruppen.
Nasdaq Stockholm AB has, provided that customary conditions are met, announced that Bokusgruppen meets the listing requirements on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
The last day for trading in Volati's ordinary shares, including the right to receive shares in Bokusgruppen, is 28 May 2021. As of 31 May 2021, Volati's ordinary shares will be traded without the right to receive shares in Bokusgruppen.
The first day for trading in Bokusgruppen is expected to be Friday 4 June 2021. Bokusgruppen's shares will be traded under the short name BOKUS with ISIN-code SE0016074256.
A company description regarding Bokusgruppen is expected to be published on 27 May 2021. The company description will be available on Volati’s website, www.volati.se, and Bokusgruppen's website, www.bokusgruppen.com.
